Weather: Rainy and cool

We got up today to the sound of rain coming down hard on the tent and proceeded to slosh around in the mud trying to get the thing down. When we finally got packed, everything was wet and muddy. We then headed on our way home. In Albion Michigan we stopped to see some old friends from Timber Shores, the Saurers. They have a beauty house with a colour T.V. and wall to wall carpeting. We ate lunch and then proceeded to Canada.
Everyone was glad when we finally pulled up into our driveway. Tomorow we will unpack and get everything dried out.

Thank you so much, I enjoyed reading about your whole trip :) Brought back alot of memories for me in that my husband and I visited the same places you did, except in 1977, we we're just 19 years old ourselves and just took everything in and we had a tent, no camper but stayed in Koa campgrounds :) Again thank you for the trip down memory lane!
