Where: Omaha Nebraska (K.O.A.)
Weather: Rain while driving
Miles Today: 485

We started from Illinois at 7:05 a.m. and ran into rain quickly. For the rest of the day we were going from rain to sun and back again. We traveled completely across the state of Iowa and about 20 miles into Nebraska. For about 5 Minutes in Iowa the rain fell so hard that we could hardly see. We arrived at the KOA at about 4 p.m. and our first impressions were yecchh! but it is just new and we are finding that it is not so bad. After supper we took a drive and found a farm that has about every type of cattle that I have ever seen. We estimate 5,000 head of cattle on one farm. The name is Leo Timmerman and sons limited, Nebraska.
