We traveled along highway #1 through L.A. today. The city is about 80 miles across. We arrived at Doheny State Beach at noon. Our campsite is just about on the beach! We went to San Juan Capistrano Mission, founded in 1776. The gardens were really fabulous. Tomorrow we go to Disneyland. We stay here 2 more days.
